Since joining the company in 2017, Aline has built an inspiring career marked by constant progress, recognized expertise, and unwavering commitment to the T&S teams and employees.

 

A continuously evolving career path

Aline joined T&S during her end-of-studies internship, where she worked in recruitment, relocation, and event organization in Germany. In September 2017, she signed a permanent contract as an HR Consultant for Germany, then moved on in 2020 to the role of HR Team Leader for Germany & Group Mobility Coordinator.

Three years later, a new challenge awaited her: she became Group International Recruitment Leader & Mobility Coordinator, with the mission of leading an international team between Strasbourg and Lisbon, and developing a Graduate Program in Portugal.

Today, with her appointment as Group Recruitment & Mobility Manager, Aline takes responsibility for the TRAO department and support function mobility, while continuing to manage recruitment and mobility across the Group.

Since April 2025, she has also taken over the management of the France recruitment team, followed by the Germany recruitment team in September 2025, thus covering a broader scope that includes engineering recruitment.

She now manages a team of 15 people, which will grow to 17 employees by October 2025, spread across France, Germany and Portugal.

 

A strong commitment to talent

Throughout her eight years at T&S, Aline has demonstrated:

•  An ability to develop her teams,

• Recognized leadership in international recruitment,

• And a strategic vision of HR and mobility issues.

She has also contributed to the development of the employer brand, career support, and the implementation of processes promoting internal mobility, a key value at T&S.

 

Her view of T&S

When asked about her career path, Aline shares:

“What I particularly like about T&S is the atmosphere and working environment. But above all, it's a company where I've been able to grow 100%. I think there are few organizations that take their employees' development wishes into account as much as this one does.”

And if she had to sum up T&S in one sentence?

“The only limit at T&S is the one you set for yourself.”
