The employee meets with a local HR business partner to:

Clarify their mobility project,
Assess their updated skills portfolio,

4. Meeting with a senior manager

A senior manager then reviews the mobility interview and competencies with the employee.
This step provides:

If feedback is negative, the case may be escalated to HR management or the comop.

5. Action plan, retro‑planning & transfer

Once the mobility is approved, we define a clear roadmap:

Feedback and next steps,

Final transfer date.
