Technology & Strategy renews it’s partnership with Elles bougent

The 11th of february is the international day of women and girls of science.

On the occasion of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, Technology & Strategy has chosen to renew its partnership with the association “Elles bougent” whose network and actions contribute effectively to promoting scientific careers among young girls.

This partnership is based on the voluntary commitment of the Group’s female engineers, who act as mentors. Through their testimonies, they share their passion for their profession and support young women in their career choices.

Thus, in a technological and industrial sector where women still represent a small percentage of the workforce, Technology & Strategy has made the promotion of the feminization of the engineering professions a central part of its CSR strategy.

In 2021, thanks to the mobilization and commitment of its female sponsors, Technology & Strategy has participated in several actions alongside the association, including:
