Last week, we announced our ambition to accelerate the industrialization of innovation through our Global Engineering Centers (GEC) model. Today, we are taking another key step forward by appointing Saffeyeldin Khalil to lead this global engineering community.

His arrival in this strategic position marks the beginning of a new chapter for T&S Group, where technological expertise, international coordination, and industrial ambition come together to serve our customers around the world.

Saffeyeldin Khalil: a visionary leader for integrated global engineering

With over 22 years of experience in the Automotive industry and embedded systems development, Saffeyeldin Khalil embodies an operational, strategic, and human vision of technological innovation.

He has led numerous large-scale projects, global product teams and organizations in the automotive sector, both in Europe and internationally, Based between Germany and Egypt, he has a deep understanding of the challenges of intercultural collaboration, remote talent management, and the agile industrialization of innovative solutions. Besides his engineering background in Computer Engineering and Industrial Automation, he is a MBA holder in the area of Organizational Development and leadership; an important asset empowering him to drive the new T&S vision for Global Engineering Centers.  

Today, he is taking the helm of the GEC team with a clear mission: to structure and lead a global network of experts to bring our clients' innovation to an industrial scale, leveraging between the availability of competencies and the best cost offerings.
