Mission
The Test and Validation Analyst carries out predefined test scenarios, records the results and qualifies the reported incidents. He ensures that an application or software corresponds to the specifications and fits into its environment.
Main activities
- Analyze and evaluate user requirements, specifications and modules
- Participate in test strategy and design
- Accepting test environments
- Elaborate and set up test tools
- Create test data, write procedures
- Execute test cases, either manually or using test execution tools
- Recording the results of test execution
- Participate in the writing of the synthesis report
- Tracking anomalies
Additional activities
- Write test plans and test scripts or automata
- Propose and implement quality, preventive or corrective actions
- Carry out the test review
