Data collected, purposes and legal basis for processing:
- As part of the processing relating to the creation of a contact form on our website, personal data concerning you is collected in order to process your contact request. The data collected includes identification data (first and last name), as well as your contact details (e-mail and telephone number). This processing is carried out in the legitimate interest of Technology & Strategy in order to respond to your contact requests.
- When you make an unsolicited application on our website, or respond to a job offer within one of the Group's companies, personal data is collected. The data collected includes your surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, CV, covering letter, type of contract you would like to apply for, how you heard about the Group, and the geographical area you would like to cover. Technology & Strategy has a legitimate interest in collecting this data, in order to process your application, to prepare for any interview(s), and also to build up a pool of candidates who may be contacted in the event of a position of interest based on the content of their CV, so that we can respond rapidly to our customers' needs.
- If your application has been accepted, certain data will be kept for the purpose of establishing your employment contract, such as your surname, first name and contact details. This processing is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- If your application is unsuccessful, we will keep all the information you send us so that we can offer you new opportunities within our Group.
Recipients of personal data:
The recipients of the personal data are the internal departments of the T&S Group companies and, if you apply for a job within the T&S Group, our potential clients to check that your profile is suitable for the project to be carried out.
Transfer of data to a third country, to the European Union or to an international organization:
As the Site is hosted in Switzerland, data is transferred to a country outside the European Union recognized as suitable by the European Commission. The data is then transferred to our servers, which are located in the European Union.
Data retention period:
Concerning the contact form: personal data are kept for as long as is necessary to process your request, and contact forms on our website are permanently deleted from the host's site after 6 months.
For unsolicited applications or applications to one of our job offers :
- If your application is successful, your personal data will be kept for the entire duration of the collaboration and for 6 years from the end of the calendar year during which your employment contract ended.
- If your application is rejected, your personal data is kept for 2 years from the last contact.
