We support students from various backgrounds by offering numerous events on our premises as well as in schools.
The aim is to introduce our career opportunities and to guide the students in their career objectives/project.
For this reason, we propose appropriate contracts for each phase of their studies (internship, work-training program, permanent contract).
Our onboarding process includes specific training programs for interns, work-training program students to guarantee smooth integration and positive professional development.
Our vision is to give the opportunity to progress through various career perspectives and to build together the future of our group.
Keeping in touch with students and graduates also allows our consultants to share and debate about their ideas on the latest technological innovations.

The National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) in Strasbourg awards diplomas to over 300 engineers each year in 7 engineering specialties and is part of the INSA Group, a major French group of engineering schools. Our geographical proximity and the training offered to the students made possible the creation of a strong partnership. As part of this close collaboration, we attend the school events and welcome every year several internship students and alumni in our teams.

The École Supérieure des Technologies et des Affaires (ESTA) offers a unique training programme for Industrial Business Engineers in Belfort, which combines commercial and technological know-how. Many times a year, T&S helps ESTA students to set up their professional project and also shows its support through sponsorship.

Every year, T&S is happy to welcome students from the Institut Supérieur de l'Automobile et des Transports. This institution trains experts in the automotive, aeronautical and transport sectors. This is in line with some of the Group's activities.

The CESI is the IT specialist of the CESI engineering school, it trains professional IT engineers with a strong business background. This engineering school meets the training needs of the new generation of computer scientists through innovative methods of teaching. The school relies on its 58 years of know-how in engineering training and validates knowledge with a diploma in computer engineering. Alumni from this school are involved in our banking and insurance projects.
