- As part of the data processing relating to the establishment of a contact form on our website, your personal data are collected in order to process your contact request. The data collected are your identification data (name and surname), as well as your contact details (e-mail and telephone number). The implementation of this processing is in the legitimate interest of Technology & Strategy to respond to your contact requests.
- When you make a spontaneous application on our website, or when you reply to a job offer within one of the companies in the group, your personal data are collected. The data collected are the surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, CV, cover letter, the type of contract desired, the way you got to know the group, as well as the desired geographical area. Technology & Strategy has a legitimate interest in collecting this data, in order to process your application, to prepare for any interview(s), and also to set up a pool to contact a candidate in the event that a position is likely to interest him with regard to the content of his CV, and thus respond quickly to the needs of our clients.
- If your application has been successful, certain data will be kept to establish your employment contract such as your surname, first name and contact details. This processing is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- If your application has been rejected, all the elements transmitted related to your application will be kept in order to feed our pool and to be able to offer you new opportunities within our group.
- Recipients of personal data:
The recipients of the personal data are the internal departments of the companies of the T&S group and, if you apply for an offer within the T&S group, our potential customers to verify the suitability of your profile with the project to be carried out.
- Transfer of data to a country outside the European Union or to an international organization:
The Site is hosted in Switzerland, so there is a transfer of data to a country outside the European Union recognized as adequate by the European Commission. They are then transferred to our servers located in the European Union.
- Data retention period:
Regarding the contact form: personal data are kept for as long as necessary to process your request, and the contact forms on our website are permanently deleted from the host’s website after 6 months of storage.
Regarding spontaneous applications or to one of our job offers:
- If your application is successful, your personal data will be kept for the duration of the collaboration and for 6 years from the expiry of the calendar year in which your employment contract ended.
- If your application is rejected, your personal data is kept for 2 years from the last contact.
- Rights of individuals:
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: right of access, rectification, erasure or portability of personal data concerning you. You also have the right to object to the processing of this data when it is based on legitimate interest or when this data is processed for prospecting purposes.
