Business Manager
As a true hub, our commercial managers are the privileged interface for customers, consultants and internal cross-functional services. As intrapreneurs, they are responsible for recruitment, management, development and management of their scope.

Cross-functional teams are responsible for orchestrating the smooth running of projects and providing advice to the various teams. Human resources, sales administration, accounting, quality, training, communication and marketing form the keystone of the common project carried by the T&S Group.

Our consultants represent the technical know-how of the T&S Group, coming from higher education (level BAC +5). They bring their technical skills to the table, but also their sense of innovation and advice to our customers.


You are not alone!

Sensitive to the well-being of its employees, the Group’s employees have the opportunity to develop in their initial career, as well as in parallel careers.

A follow-up at all levels

Daily support
in order to facilitate your arrival in the T&S adventure, we support you by offering a moving and relocation assistance service. Our service assists employees in their search for accommodation and in the first administrative steps when starting out in a new region or a new country. We rely on a partner network of landlords, the aim being for you to better comprehend your new environment and your new project.

At your arrival
T&S is dedicated to having a proximity management style with its employees. We offer three levels of support to our consultants: the first one is carried-out by the manager, then by a human resources representative and finally by a technical director. This active listening allows us to offer an individualized career development.
